Full Text PDF RU

The results of the analysis of the ceramic complex from the early Bronze Age burial ground at the Tourist-2 settlement are presented. The characteristic features of ceramics: morphology, technology, ornamentation of the vessels - are described. Some technological aspects of the pottery manufacturing are specified. The vessels were handmade of clay coils. The majority of the vessels are jar-shaped, except for the one bowl-shaped vessel. The major ornamentation motifs represent simple compositions of prints of stepping comb, “textile” imprints and incisions. Pottery of the Krokhalevo and Krotovo archaeological cultures has been identified. Ceramics and other grave goods are similar to the Krokhalevo and Krotovo relics.
